E-statements

E-statements enables you to receive an e-mail when your account statements are available for viewing in lieu of your paper statement. Your current and past statements are available online via online banking.

What is needed for E-statements?

If you're not yet registered for MSB Online and E-statements:

• Simply sign up for MSB Online access by contacting our Customer Service department at 1-866-416-9302.
• Once you have your MSB Online Access ID and Password, just log-in to MSB Online and click on the 'E-statement Signup' button on the top menu bar.
• Complete the E-statements agreement with the information requested and click the submit button.
• Once you have successfully signed up for E-statements, click on the account number of the statement you wish to view and then on the 'Documents' link from the top menu bar.
• If you receive a combined statement, access your statement using your primary checking account number.
• You will receive an e-mail from edelivery@machiassavings.com whenever a new statement is ready for viewing.

If you're an MSB Online customer and wish to sign-up for E-statements:

• You can add E-statements at any time. Simply log-in to MSB Online and click on the 'E-statement Signup' button on the top menu bar.
• Complete the E-statements agreement with the information requested.
• Once you have successfully signed up for E-statements, click on the account number of the statement you wish to view and then on the 'Documents' link from the top menu bar.
